Find a Doctor

Finding a doctor is easier than ever with our provider search tool. Simply log into your portal at https://benicomp.previnci.app to search for a doctor near you, or call a Member Advocate at (866) 797-3343.

Please contact BeniComp 5-7 days prior to your appointment.

Open Access Network

After choosing a doctor, please provide your open access letter with your insurance card at your first visit. Providing this document will explain your network, ensure your coverage is verified and list your copays for services.

Telemedicine

Using technology to deliver health care can save money, is convenient , and has the ability to provide care to people who don’t have access to a local doctor or clinic. Your plan includes FREE unlimited Telemedicine with Walmart Health Virtual Care. To schedule an appointment, click on the link below and create an account using your insurance member ID number and the email associated with your payroll. Once you are registered, login and schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience.

Health Coaching Education and Navigation

Built on the premise that “knowledge is power”, your plan provides you with FREE access to health coaching. Our health coaches are part of BeniComp’s clinical staff that provide ongoing support to help you reach your health goals.

Throughout your 30 minute session, your health coach will ask questions about your health history and your health goals to assess how your health plan can work best for you. All sessions and conversations are 100% confidential.

Topics that are covered in your health coaching session include but are not limited to:

  • Nutrition recommendations and meal planning
  • Exercise and weight management
  • Stress management
  • Lifestyle habits

Please be advised that our health coaches work alongside doctors as a supportive mentor and are not authorized to prescribe medications or diagnose members.

How to schedule a Health Coaching session

Simply scan the QR code below or Contact a Health Coach Today! Coaching sessions are 30 minutes long and there are no limitations on the number of sessions you receive. However, we have found that members experience the most success when they participate on a weekly or biweekly basis.

KCC Health understands that normal life challenges can become overwhelming and not only affect our everyday lives, but also our job performance. The National Center for Performance Health (NCPH) is available 24/7 for unlimited phone calls and up to 3 face-to-face sessions per year.

Understanding your plan

KCC Health is a nationwide open access health insurance plan administered by BeniComp,Inc. KCC Health is self-insured through your employer and gives you access to a wide range of medical providers.

To qualify for a lower deductible, employees must participate in a health screening. Upon completion of the screening, BeniComp’s health professionals analyze each participant's blood data and provide individualized reporting to the participant. Employees will receive money off their deductible as a reward for each biomarker that is within a healthy range, as well for participating in the health screening, a mental health questionnaire and health coaching sessions. The biomarkers, incentive criteria and rewards are listed in the table below.

*Participation in the health screening is voluntary. If you choose not to participate, your deductible will remain at the original dollar amount.

Covered Medications

Your plan covers a wide range of prescription drugs through True Rx. The list does not guarantee coverage, but you are encouraged to ask your doctor to prescribe you generic drugs whenever appropriate. Generic drugs usually cost less than brand-name drugs and contain the same active-ingredient formula. The FDA rates these drugs to be as safe and effective as brand-name drugs.

Prior authorization

Your healthcare provider is responsible for obtaining a prior authorization for services, procedures, or a specific medication. A prior authorization must be obtained for all hospital admissions, outpatient surgeries, imaging, outpatient chemotherapy, and radiation in addition to other services as specified in the member’s plan.

Balance Billing

Balance billing occurs when providers bill a patient for the difference between the amount they charge and the amount that the patient’s insurance pays. If you receive a balance bill, do not pay it! Instead, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Take a picture of the bill

Step 2: Visit https://forms.benicomp.com/medical-bill-review and fill out the form 

A member advocate will reach out to walk through the process and update you on the progress of your ticket, which usually takes up to two weeks.
