Account Manager

What You'll Do

You’ll be the go-to partner for assigned accounts and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

You’ll collaborate across teams, lead client conversations, solve challenges creatively, and help shape the future of healthcare benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts
  • Help clients navigate healthcare and benefits challenges
  • Coordinate with internal teams like claims, eligibility, clinical, and support
  • Lead meetings, reporting discussions, and strategy reviews
  • Manage implementations, renewals, and plan updates
  • Proactively solve issues before they become problems
  • Advocate for clients and members to create the best possible experience
  • Look for smarter, faster, and better ways to do things
  • Jump into new projects and opportunities as we continue to grow

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in account management, customer success, healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits
  • Experience with TPAs, health plans, or benefits administration is a plus
  • Experience working with employers, brokers, or healthcare vendors is helpful
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Salary: Will be discussed during interview process
