You are only responsible for paying the amount that your BeniComp Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Statement says you owe.    What to do: Pay your provider for your patient portion.  If your provider is billing you for more than what you owe, your health plan will take care of the rest.  Submit your medical bill for review through the BeniComp Portal to have a Member Advocate take a look.
